BEN & LAUREN FACKLER,
THE OWNERS
Ben is a licensed Certified Residential Contractor who finds joy in seeing the transformation of a space from before to after. He has over 20 years of experience in residential remodeling and especially loves working on projects that think outside the box.
Lauren has always enjoyed office administrative work and also owns Books by Ginger, a company specializing in remote bookkeeping for small businesses.
She is passionate about encouraging and supporting other women in business and serves on the board of directors for Babes, Booze, & Business, a 501c3 networking and support group for business women in Central Florida. She also empowers women by volunteering as Coach for the Thunder City Derby Sirens, a 501c3 roller derby team.
Ben and Lauren Fackler have been married for 25 years and founded Sterling Team in 2017, recognizing that their skills and strengths would complement each other as well in business as it does in their marriage. Together they enjoy traveling, riding their motorcycles, and spending time with family, especially their two young adult children, Andie and Avery.
